I’ve not been blogging for some time. Blog getting dusty soon.
My deepest condolences to Jack and his family and apologies for not being able to attend the funeral. My parents control my weekends quite tightly.
Nothing much done, really. Poly 50 training for the third week. Yes, I’m improving alot, in terms of my stamina. And to those who don’t attend and think you’re going to represent SMIT Club in the run - You will just bring down the club.
Okay, going to shower and go for PC Show.

These records are taken during the evening after 2 meals in the day. Usually I will take my mass before my gym session. My height has remained for quite some time (2-3 years).

Today - 57.2KG
Today - Body Fats Percentage - 17.2%
I really hate long holidays. I have to work daily and really got no time and determination to exercise (gym).
Still, I’ve got a target to be least 70KG (Ok, let’s put it 65KG.). Height wise I feel I’m not tall enough, but doubt I’m able to grow taller. Please, don’t wear a 3-inch high heels (You know who you are!). Although I target more mass, I hope to have only around 15-16% of body fats.

The Great Singapore Sale (GSS) 2007 is here! Spend, spend, spend!
What am I going to buy
- Gifts (in advance)
- Accessories for my iPod Nano (If I see any that I need)
- Good food (Sale or not, still must eat!)
- More clothes? (I don’t see a need, but if it attracts me, why not?)
What else?
- Watsons is offering Evening Primrose & Extrim at a discount, but I don’t need them at all
- TAKA Jewelery is offering jewels at a discount, but I don’t need them at the moment (I’m not getting married so soon)
- apc.sg is offering web hosting at a lower price, but I’ve got mine already from SKYDIO! (Proven to be stable - 99.9% uptime for few months already.)
- THEFACESHOP offering 10% discount but I don’t need anything there.
Damn it. MasterCard is the official partner for The Great Singapore Sale 2007, but my mum’s supplementary card for me is a VISA. *sobs*
