The dinner that made me laugh the most!
(The first character of this post was written at 8am, 12th October 2007. I don’t know how long I will take to write something simple.)
I’ll start this entry with a quote:
Eat 1 min, laugh 5 min.
This week’s attendance was better than last week’s - Adolf, Jonathan, Qiuhui, Shawn, Shermian, Siyu, SQ & Stephanie. (We all have a blog, except Shawn) We had dinner at Marina Square’s Cafe Cartel. We visit Cafe Cartel coz’ there’s no service charge! We’re still poor students.
It took us quite awhile to finish that meal.. Approximate 2 hours to finish it. Adolf was last to reach and thus last to finish. Something I don’t understand is why Stephanie had to rant /nag about everything. Shawn and I was laughing throughout the dinner coz everything Stephanie said sounds funny. “Mimbo”, “Stop laughing like a hyena!”, etc!
When some of them were getting ice cream, I tagged along qiuhui into Sasa. The next moment, she saw Ralph Lauren’s ROMANCE and she said she loves it. BUT she’s already got it. (Duh, what’s the point of telling me when you’re not hinting that you want it?) Still so cute and naive qiu!
After Siyu got her ice cream, we walked to esplanade to enjoy the breeze. Up and down esplanade and we left for home. The guys headed for the bus stop & the ladies took MRT home. We’re all (except Qiuhui having FYP) working the very next day thats why we’ve got to return early!
I really hope we can eat and laugh like this every week. Let’s continue to find time for each other.
