Have your friends dreamt of you before?

Seriously, have your friends dreamt of you before? If so, what kind of dream?

I have someone who dreamt of me, and claimed its a nightmare. Sigh. #

Am I such a bad person?

Need for Camps

Perhaps someone might question why so randomly I write about camps. Maybe because I’m really missing camps. I read QiuHui’s latest post, and I felt I needed to write something from the bottom of my heart too. I missed the last freshmen orientation camp which was held few months back (March?); I had to work.

I’ve only gone for a few camps, but I truly enjoy camps. First camp I went to was in secondary school (Marsiling Secondary School). That was when I got my first two scars on my left arm. Very memorable.

Second camp was in year 2005 in Singapore Polytechnic. I participated in School of Information Communication Technology (ICT)’s Freshmen Orientation Camp. That was a good one. I still remember the activities we had (Well, night walk was cancelled). Someone that I won’t forget will be Terence Zhu (and his Pringles); maybe at that time, I haven’t met much nice people.

Next. The camp we organised as a team and held in poly year 2006/07. I remember my partner being Qiu Hui. I don’t remember much details about our group members, sadly (Maybe Hyper-active Kimberly and Hong Yun who fell into the drain?). The camp was another memorable one. Forgot to mention that I love the camp song sessions. I was really trained to sing camp songs well.

Oh. Last one was in 2007/08 as a helper, helping my juniors who organised the camp. It was a wonderful camp too. Just, everything became memories.

How I wish

How I wish there are more camps that I can participate and get to know more people. Thats not the most important part.

I just love having fun in camps where I’m brought totally to a different environment; at least different from work.

We’ll see if I get contacted to go for SIM University of London (UOL) Student Representative Council (SRC)’s Freshmen Orientation Camp. I’m dying to go.

Lastly

I WANNA GO CAMPS!!!

Singapore’s Future ERP System (2010-2015)

a_002

The person who made this started by adding more ERPs around central Singapore and alittle towards the northern areas.

a_004

Towards 2015, the whole lion city becomes an ERP-wide island.

a

There are ERP gates located at the doors of MRTs. How possible? Pay standard fare, and ERP fare if the MRT passes through anywhere? Double fare? Fair?

 a_003

What? Pay ERP just to get home?

 a_005

The quarrel with MRT drivers to stop before the next ERP. We’ll see.

My Two Pennies Worth

These photos are what I receive in my Inbox and NOT made by me.

But really. This might happen in time to come. You see, price to bid for a Certificate of Entitlement (COE) drops sometimes, inviting more people to get a car. However, ERP prices increases meanwhile. Isn’t it the same?

Above that, public transport fares are increased almost so often. At least fares increases often enough so businesses don’t have to absorb much costs. (REFER TO QUOTE BELOW)

What can we do? Take cab? Drive a car? Take a bus? Ride the MRT?

During the operation, the process is extremely painful. But as soon as she thinks of becoming a female, it worth every pain she suffered.

Firstly, I don’t know if the photos below are the same person. They look same to me.

Next, are the photographs really “Poy”, as mentioned above? Frankly speaking, the ‘girl’ in the photo looks gorgeous.

Also, Is the story real? I wonder. Anyone can find 40 over pictures and cook up a story to forward around the Internet.

Many questions run through me when I saw the photos.

Can anyone research and let me know?

12 Reasons why men are just happier

NICKNAMES
If Laura, Kate and Sarah go out for lunch, they will
call each other Laura, Kate and Sarah. If Mike, Dave
and John go out, they will affectionately refer to
each other as Fat Boy, Godzilla and Four-eyes.

EATING OUT
When the bill arrives, Mike, Dave and John will each
throw in $20, even though it’s only for $32.50. None
of them will have anything smaller and none will
actually admit they want change back. When the girls
get their bill, out come the pocket calculators.

MONEY
A man will pay $2 for a $1 item he needs. A woman will
pay $1 for a $2 item that she doesn’t need but it’s on
sale.

BATHROOMS
A man has six items in his bathroom: toothbrush and
toothpaste, shaving cream, razor, a bar of soap, and a
towel from M&S. The average number of items in the
typical woman’s bathroom is 337. A man would not be
able to identify more than 20 of these items.

ARGUMENTS
A woman has the last word in any argument. Anything a
man says after that is the beginning of a new
argument.

CATS
Women love cats. Men say they love cats, but when
women aren’t looking, men kick cats.

FUTURE
A woman worries about the future until she gets a
husband. A man never worries about the future until he
gets a wife.

SUCCESS
A successful man is one who makes more money than his
wife can spend. A successful woman is one who can find
such a man.

MARRIAGE
A woman marries a man expecting he will change, but he
doesn’t. A man marries a woman expecting that she
won’t change, but she does.

DRESSING UP
A woman will dress up to go shopping, water the
plants, empty the bins, answer the phone, read a book,
and get the post. A man will dress up for weddings and
funerals.

NATURAL
Men wake up as good-looking as they went to bed. Women
somehow deteriorate during the night.

OFFSPRING
Ah, children. A woman knows all about her children.
She knows about dentist appointments and romances,
best friends, favorite foods, secret fears and hopes
and dreams. A man is vaguely aware of some short
people living in the house.

My Two Pennies Worth

Some points above may not really make men happier. Just look at the point on “SUCCESS”. Ha.
