Back by popular demand, Angela is back for her 2nd round of《Flower in the Wonderland》album promotions from 5th-7th May!!! Of which, Angela will be having her one and only Campus showcase for this trip at Singapore Polytechnic!!

《Flower in the Wonderland》is Angela’s latest and 4th brand new mandarin album.

The 1st hit song, a title same to the album was actually developed by Angela herself. More often than not, Angela would have a reoccurring dream of a female voice humming a beautiful tune to her, without being able to see any image.

With each dream, Angela recorded down the tune, and finally retold the dream and tune to her producer Chen Jun Ting（陳俊廷）. From there, the tune developed to be a folk song with a tinge of reality.

While filming this MV, Angela portrayed her utmost professionalism. Other than being held by a metal rod in mid air（吊钢丝）for the first time in her singing career, Angela also laid down on coarse salt for hours while dressed in a thin bare backed dress without any complains!

The 2nd hit single《Bu Tong》is a current well received ballad of Angela. Not only does it allow Angela to show her talent in singing, this song also makes use of string instruments to bring to audiences a mystical aura, which is very much unlike her previous songs. This song is also the appointed theme song across Asia for the Korean Drama Series “Which Star Are You From?”.

The current hit 《Ai Shang Ai The Wei Dao》is a catchy and upbeat tune using various instruments such as the violin, trumpet, drums, and organ, to give a nostalgic yet vibrant image of Angela. With her beautiful features, Angela is already known to have the image as that of a doll, but in this MV, fans can see Angela dress up as a real-life Barbie.

For this recent album, other than a successful attempt at “Ti-Ta” dancing for her MV 《C大调》, Angela has also tried out a new image! Kaos, who has helped created Angela’s likeable image for the past 3 albums, this time, has decided to give Angela a new brand new look, giving her a refreshed feel away from her previous images. Kaos has stylishly made use of the colors Black, White and Gold as the theme, highlighting the strong distinctiveness & uniqueness of Angela’s character.

Angela is one of Taiwan’s most popular singer in Asia known for her petite figure yet powerful vocals, and has held concerts with the most recent one being held at Taipei ARENA (台北小巨蛋).

Besides achieving success in her singing career, Angela is also starred in MVP Valentine as “Xiao Xi”, At The Dolphin Bay as “Tian Bian”, Bump Off 17 in 2006 as “Yi Zhen” & “Yi Jing” , which won a nomination for Taiwan prestigious Golden Bell Awards.

Come 7th May, Angela Chang will be performing live at Singapore Polytechnic!
