How safe is it living in Malaysia?
If you’ve been a loyal reader of my blog, you may have read the entry I wrote when Malaysia celebrated her 50th Independence.
Once again I question about my safety. Are you going to think to yourself, “Hey, why is this useless shit blogger ranting about his own country again?” I cannot blame you though.
Read on to find out.
This piece of news caught my attention:
WHAT? It really sucks when you read that a police was caught for stealing a handbag. A POLICE! Worse of all, steal a RM10 (US$3)Â handbag?
A police should be a role model for citizens, in my views. If even police officers commit crime, how can the country be safe? Holy. 知法犯法?
I don’t know what will happen next in Malaysia. My friends in Singapore aren’t visiting me here because they think (and they’re right) it’s damn unsafe here. How can my friends feel safe if I don’t even feel so. Afterall, it’s my responsibility that they return back to their homes safe and sound; so I rather they stay at home and I visit them over there.
How can a country’s economy improve if things like this happens?

Sigh. Sigh. Sigh. Hug me so I feel secure!

Someone, please do something about this -Â I don’t like to rant so often, especially about this.
