Finally the Internet access at my working company is back. It was so hard to survive without being able to read news and websites during work. My colleagues made numerous complaints to the telco and few technical staffs from TM (Telekom Malaysia) came over to try fix the phone line. All failed.

This morning, I called the fault reporting hotline again. I refused to speak to any customer service operator unless they promise to put me to the supervisor. (You guys should know persistent I am.) Successfully spoke to someone who promised me that I’ll get my problems fixed ASAP and gave me the technical support centre’s staff’s direct line. Hah! Finally fixed at 5 p.m.

After work, I went for dinner with my manager. He had to entertain his friend from Germany. That German was very nice and friendly. In fact, very humble. Had lots of fun talking to him and listening to his jokes.

I drank too much. Time to have a good sleep.
