You can't compare first world to second/third world country. Singapore ministers are paid the highest in the whole world, with an average of S$3 million annually. If you want good ministers, then you have to pay them that.

The post is misleading. Bad research and lazy research too. Obviously the researcher just put more effort on researching on the Singapore's Minister's Cabinet than the Malaysian Cabinet. When he wrote Minister of Agriculture Muhyiddin Yassin (Education Unknown), nowdoes this means that the minister doesn't have an education or that the writer of this post just don't know about it because he is lazy to research or can't find it on the net? Did he go to the government office itself and ask?

Also, there are Singaporean Cabinet Ministers like PM Lee Hsien Loong and some others in which the writer do not state what courses they took at places like Cambridge or Williams College USA? I mean, you can also take women's studies there, which is pretty easy. It's not just the name of the university that matters, but what you study there also matters.

Another misleading info written here is that the Malaysian cabinet is consists of only Malays while Singapore cabinet is the one that is multiracial, when Malaysia has so many parties that consists of many people from different races. Where's Ong Ka Ting? Again, if the writer really neutral in doing this comparison, if he would research more on the Malaysian Cabinet.

For the person who wrote this, I think you can leave the country now. I mean, you're not even happy with it right? Get out, what are you still doing here (if you are still here), wanna suck up on Malaysia's resources to survive? You know you need that haha

True. Singapore "begs" good people to joint politics because if values good people. Good people bring good to the people. How successful can Malaysia be, I wonder, at getting the good people to join the government, even if they beg. The comparison does throw some light on the kind of calibre on the Malaysian government.

There is no need to "burst you seams" are become defensive. Just look at what Singapore has achieve and what Malaysia has, given its resources.

Hi there. Thought you should have compared apple-to-apple, ie position to position. That would give a clearer picture.

Anyway, good research. I did another type of comparison on my blog as well, but not on their education, but more on the different posts.
