Thanks Felix Ker for your reply. Well if the Immigration at Johor bahru rejects a visa on arrival, will they fine or penalty? In that case the traveler has to return back to Singapore again or what will be the situation I read many news in many web sites, but things are not very clear, and most of the information are so old. What I need is hot hot news that is covered in the year 2011 and not in the past 1990's. Please reply me again dear to my email address: shirani17@yhaoo.com 20.8.2011

1. From Queen's St to Singapore Checkpoint it's approx 35mins if there's no traffic congestion anywhere. After clearing the immigrations in Singapore, use the ticket to re-board the bus. Again assuming there's no congestion, 5 mins is all you need!
2. In Singapore, you can use SGD coins. At JB, you can use RM Coins. If boarding the bus at Queens Street (Bugis), you can use ezlink too.
3. Clearance in Singapore usually doesn't take longer than 15mins (including the queue). As for the arrival visa at JB, learn more about the visa here -> http://passport.my/Malaysian%20Visa.htm

1. How long does the bus 170 takes from Queens stree to JB Singapore and JB check points?
2. Can I use Singapore coins as the bus fare or I have to use the EZ link card?
3. How long will it take it take to clear the Immigration at Singapore check point and to get the on arrival visa at JB immigration.
Please send me your reply to my email: ****ani17@yahoo.com (Email edited to prevent spam) thanks.
