Previously, I went to Neway Karaoke @ City Square Johor Bahru, the service sucked too. The receptionist didn’t smile at all (It was new year and he’s showing me a face as if I owe him a million dollars). Not only that, they ran out of microphone covers, which is totally unhygienic. Don’t just tell me you guys ran out of it. That sucks. What else; charging damn high for some titbits that no one eats.

P.S If you’re from KBox/NewayManagement and you would like to say something, feel free to contact me. I’m totally against bad services. If an amount is paid, services worth that amount is expected.
