OEM install disks loaded with junkware and are an even bigger pain. after the typical 2hour+ install and patch session i use a disk imaging program to shorten the next installl to mionutes when the image is on an external USB drive. Acronis trueimage is good. norton ghost also. - good luck Partimage, DD, DDrescue are free open source and complex. wish i could recommend them.
