I’m turning 19 in a week’s time or so. Still young I know.
I must say that I’m very lucky as compared to many people in the world. I get what I wish for and often time I get to do what I want to do.
Charity!
For this year’s birthday, I’m going to do something different. Instead of me receiving presents, I’m going to donate money to charity. And the amount I will donate all depends on you.
Tell me more!
Simple. As on title, for every comment posted here, I will donate $0.10 to charity. The donation will not be done live (not as you comment) though. I will send the amount to charity at the end of this event.
Which charity organisation?
I’ve got a few in mind. Such as SPCA (Singapore/Malaysia). Â
Are there any charity organisations available in Malaysia or Singapore that I can help? If you’re going to request that I donate to any particular (registered) organisation, do mention in your comment. I will read each and every comment.
What if you lie?
If you’re afraid I will cheat (cheat myself?), close the window and ignore this post. Why would I want bad karma? =)
How can I play a part?

PS: I like animals but i’ve worked with people from the SPCA in my secondary school days and surprisingly they are extremely unpleasant. But i guess they do need the money. Someone mentioned Cancer Foundation. Anyway, I think it does not matter which beneficiary you are donating to. A good deed is a good deed.
Hey! I definitely support this. But i heard SPCA puts to sleep animals that aren’t able to be adopted within a certain time period. Don’t know if its true though.
