My picture & my size

As you can see, I’m not very slim, and neither am I fat. Put it this way. Before – More muscle, less fats. Now – More fats, less muscle. Simplified: Fatter.

Breakfast

I eat almost the same thing everyday. Not many stalls for me to get food from.

What’s available?

  • Bengawan Solo – Cakes & “Kuehs”
  • Polar - Cakes and pastry
  • Fruits
  • Bakery (I forgot the name of the shop)
  • Mr Bean – Soya milk, Bean curd & pancakes
  • Old Chang Kee – fried food!

.. etc

And what do I usually eat?

  • Pancakes & bean curd from Mr Bean. I don’t like Mr Bean’s soya milk. Just not the quality I expect.
  • Bread. With tuna or chicken ham? Or Pizza bread?
  • Spring rolls & Chicken wings from Old Chang Kee

Usually these few. I seldom like to have cakes early in the morning. Neither do I eat fruits early in the morning.

Lunch

Short and sweet.

I eat everything tasty. It depends on who I’m eating with and who buys. We hate thinking, so either one of us will buy 2 (or more) sets of the same food. =)

Dinner

Almost the same. No details required right?

Tea time!

I nearly forgot.

Yes. I love tea time.

Fruits, all sorts of junk food which includes fried food and pan cakes!

P.S After having lunch these 2 days, I still feel very hungry. Is it because of the cold weather making me eat more? Or ..?

    I am 36 years old with 2 toddlers. My youngest just started day care last week- which still feels a little strange. I haven’t had this much time to myself in years. First thing I want to do is lose the extra pounds I put on during the last pregnancy. One of the girls next door has suggested I join her walking group two days a week. After my first pregnancy I lost around 35 pounds using the Herbalife products, but when I called the man that sold them to me three years ago he told me this week he doesn’t sell them anymore. He told me to look on the internet. It’s disappointing because he was really nice and he called me regularly to make sure I was using their products correctly. It was nice to have someone checking in with me every week to see how I was and it kept me motivated.

    I searched on the internet for someone that sells Herbalife in New Jersey. I found many websites but I don’t want
    just to buy the products, I want to find someone trustworthy that sells the products so I can also meet them and get started again.

    Could anybody here recommend someone in New Brunswick?

    its the office aircon ba. body burns more energy 2 keep warm, so must eat more. i eating lyk 8 slices of bread in the morning. recipe to get fat:

    1) don’t skip breakfast
    2) eat rice, noodles, bread(all carbo), but still preferably rice.
    3) eat all 3 meals(minimum)
    4) eat supper before you go to slp
    5) drink full cream milk everyday
    6) dun run

    thats abt it. i’ved gained lyk 7kg compared to year 1. nw weight gaining is no longer an issue. lol
