Well, i have a problem too. Please help me. I am 15 years of age and im an average Filipino girl and I know how to dance and sing. i am very funny to my close friends but not at the new people i knew. I keep on smiling like i have no problems but that’s the biggest lie i could make. I have a crush on someone and I told him (my crush) that i like him. After awhile he told me that he likes me too BUT were many. I guess were 3 and the other 2 people are my friends. Hew told me that he likes me but he likes also my 2 friends. Im a 16 year-old guy who basically goes to college, I am captain of the wrestling team, I am considered one of the most mature high-schoolers, I don’t drink or smoke or even swear, I have a six pack and fairly big arms and I have been voted most likely to be a model and told that I will we prom king. (My brother actually is a model and was prom king) my major values include art, humility, faith, honor, equality and respect. And I have never intentionally disrespected an adult or lady. Haha, thanks for all the nice comments!!! But believe it or not, im having lady troubles XD!!! There was this girl that I was/am REALLY into and was/am pretty much crazy about, but right before I gave her the most amazing valentines day gift (a red rose that is preserved in laqour and rimmed with 24K gold, “planted” in a cup of hersey’s kisses and heart shaped confetti, which is a lot more elegant and beautiful than it sounds. and a poem I wrote about her) she straight up friend-zoned me!! and I still have the rose!!! she just said ” im sorry but I really just haven’t been able to get to know you as much as I would like, and I thought it would be less awkward if we were just friends until I knew you better.” When we’ve been going to the same church building and school for like 2 1/2 years, and I know her and her family sooo well! Me and her dad have climbed at least ten mountains together!!! I know shes had a couple of frustrating weeks lately but I might just die from confusion and heartbreak xD and Im not asking for advice, just kinda venting out my slight frustration, just to let you know. Well yeah, I’m technically still in high school and went to a traditional high school until the end of last semester, but after I got 2120 on my SAT I got offered to participate in a series of online college course through the University of De’Vry. I was just trying to make a point that I am smart enough to be considered a good guy. So that I could speak for the guys like me and be considered valid.

Ok I have a little problem…. well it’s kind of huge. I am smart, have friends, say what I want to say (insulting or not), I always know what to say or how to help, and i’m really funny. Wow…… you literally just retold the story of what I’ve been through over the past year, details and all. I can tell you what I did and see if it will help you out… I decided to go for my guy and it was all great and perfect for a while. We broke up about a month into the relationship because he got busy and we became too awkward with one another and totally forgot to keep the friendship base going. It was really rough but I learned so much for it and kept him around and within a few months we were close friends once again. To make a long story short, we are now back together again, happier than before, focusing on our friendship first, and we have both learned so much about what it will take for us. It’s a different situation for everyone, but with time and focus I believe that a situation like yours could make it. Good luck!!!!

There’s this guy I like who keeps asking me who I like.. and I don’t tell him who I actually like because I think it’s too early. We only met for almost a year and our “so far” relationship is odder than anyone else’s because we met each other off of our own best friends and it’s just.. awkward everytime. We would both laugh at stupid stuff, even if we just make a mistake talking (we both wear Twin Block retainers so it’s just hilarious sometimes!) So… I just give him hints because he’s desperate knowing who I like… and then I ask him back, and so he says he DOES like someone. So he gives hints, and I’m starting to get the idea that he MIGHT like me… when MY girl-friends ask HIM if HE likes anyone, he would deny it all… but when I ask him, he would say either “YES” or “Sorta” and even give me hints!! His hints are letting me get the idea that he ACTUALLY likes ME because these hints match no one else.. but I don’t know the message across this if I’m the only one he tells. Also, I was singing outside with my friend beside (I was singing solo) and I felt sick, so I sat in a corner wall outside at recess and started singing. Then he noticed me so he pretended to play “Tag” with his friends as usual and slowly come near me. So I was singing… and he literally listened to me sing and asked for more!! It was embarrasing.. and also, he was the ONLY guy in the whole group that came near me who was actually WILLING to stay to listen to me sing. But seriously, we’re the only ones that laugh at our own conversation for NO REASON. I’m asking you peeps for help if HE actually likes me!! Ok well…There’s this guy that i’ve crushed on for … a while now. And we catch eye contact a couple times, but he WAS dating one of my best friends, and they just recently broke up, me and him have a lot of classes together, and since he’s liked me before hes to afraid to actually “make fun” of me now. We barely EVER talk anymore, but I LIKE him so much.
We don’t talk over text/phone. But whenever he has a sleepover he and his friends call me and we talk for like 2 hours about nothing, and making eachother laugh. His friends tell me all the time that he still likes me A LOT. And my friends told me that he likes me A LOT too. They told me “He likes her, she likes him, everyone knows, but them.” I just wanna know if its true, but I’m to afraid to ask him. I’ve asked him out before but he rejected. WHAT SHOULD I DO?! He sits behind me in Science, and across from me in C.A.R. And during study hall we always go up to the band room, and mess around. There are no teachers so we just do whatever. One time I was playing “Apologize” on piano, and he started playing on the drum set. It was pretty cool, now he always asks me to play on piano, and during 1st hr(Band) he always stars at me, and I can tell hes looking at me because we catch eyes. And whenever I find myself looking for him i try to deny it but i know i do. my friends i can tell i really really really like him because i talk about him a lot, and when we are in the same room, I always find myself looking for him. Whenever he gets hurt, i literally almost cry. We technically have the same HUGE group of friends. He’s the more silly, funny kinda guy. Go for it. Get his number, text with him everyday, tease him , admire him, call him special. It may be his first relationship so don’t mind to “give him a push” when you want “something to happen”.
You should really talk to him!!! Some guys (like me) hate approaching girls, but others easily approach girls. If he’s someone like me, then he’s probably waiting for you to make the first move (or he’s dying of nervousness coming up with a plan to talk with you). If everything you’ve heard is true then not much can go wrong.

You can always tell him how you feel, 2 things may happen..he gets closer to you or be aloof(coz’ he loves you, but not the same way.) the only good thing here is that, you had that feeling inside and you told him all about it. Pick Guy 1 bro, seriously. You will always have guys who will like you but there’s no point if you don’t like him. Just think how much you’d regret it if you go with guy 2 because you weren’t sure about guy 1 but then later find out that he had a crush on you too. Just ask him if he likes you, because he might get the impression that he’s just ‘another guy’ in your life and trust me if he likes you he’ll let you know. If he knew about guy 2 he might be cautious in saying he likes you because he’s respectful of you.

I’m sorry to say this Chris, but your friends have the wronnnngg idea, and they will go NOWHERE with their girlfriends. A relationship based off of sex is worth nothing. If a girl you really like comes along and she’s not a virgin, make sure she knows what she did is wrong and make sure she wants a REAL relationship, and not some fake one where the only real ‘meaning’ is sex. If she recognizes her fault and is extremely sorry, consider going out with her. If she just wants more sex, don’t pay any attention to her because she is NOT worth it. I’m back! But now I’ve been thinking a little more of my ex-boyfriend. You see, he asked me out on May 1st, and I had liked him (a lot) at the time so of course I said yes!!! Okay, I can’t believe I’m doing this, but I can’t talk to anyone else. So, of coarse like all clichés, there’s this guy. This is so cheesy. Here goes nothing… Way back when I was a freshmen in high school this guy that was in band with be started teasing me (but not in a bad way) he just sort of joked around and was so IRRITATING! I soon started to like him, of coarse. Now to the present where I’m about to start my freshmen year in college AT THE SAME FREAKING COLLEGE AS HIM, but the thing is that he’s been dating this sophomore high school girl that is at least 4 years younger than himself and they have been dating for two years now. And guess what, here I am still in love with him and can’t stop no matter how much I wish I could. I speak from second hand experience. An acquaintance at work was going through something very similar. They dated for about 8 months or so after that. i came here to read the 99 facts because there is this boy whom I really like. Okay i told this to my friend about 20 minutes ago, start texting him and just strike up a convorsation about who you guys like and if he says he likes her just say you dont really like anyone and if he doesnt believe you then just tell him the truth sometimes guys think it is sweet when a girl openly tells them something about themselves. Most guys really don’t like to text all day. It’s funny how these women are giving horrible advise like deleting his number or only texting 3 times a week. I’d say that women must be some of the worst listeners because the answer to your problem is written right in front of your eyes. I’ve found most women tend to over think simple problems. He is saying that you text him too much, so all you have to do is text him less, not once every 2 days, just less. Try cutting your texts per day in half and he will be happy with it.
Why would you want to punish a guy by ignoring him when all he did was tell you how he feels? I would say that the worst thing you can do is stop texting him all together or cutting your texts down by a giant margin because this type of behavior shows that you have no middle ground. You’re either all or nothing, and the thing that can scare a guy most into thinking a woman is crazy is an all or nothing personality.

Women tend to be kind of cryptic with what they tell men, and hint and allude more times than being direct. Men, on the other hand, are almost ALWAYS direct. There’s nothing to decipher in his message to you that you text too much… You’re simply just texting him too much.
What I can add, though, is that too much texting by either party may be perceived as neediness. Being idolized feels nice for a little while, but it quickly becomes draining. Yes, even if he LOOOOOOOOVES you dearly, he doesn’t want you stalking him, bothering him, nagging him, and stifling him 24 hours a day. Human beings are individuals, we DO need our personal space, even from the ones we love.
So be thankful he’s communicating to you. Some men don’t do this and simply flake when things get too weird for them.

I have been with guy for more than one and a half year. We are staying together about the a year plus. He used to be very abusive physically and verbally. It took him a very long time for him to actually stop laying hands on me. He says he loves me so much. He started lying to me when he goes out with his friends before. He would promise not to drink but then he will end up coming home drunk. He did this last whole year. This year he told me he quits drinking and ask me permission when he wants to drink. But the thing which frustrates me is I caught his last year flirting with a girl via sms and he begged me for another chance. After so much of struggle I decided to forgive and accept him but often talk about the incident. He promised not to talk and would ignore the girl completely and would not bring girl in between us. I got shocked when i caught him the second time for still keeping in touch with her. He keep denying and making up stories. I called and asked the girl personally and found out the truth. They were not flirting she claims. But the thing which strikes my mind is why do you still keep in touch with a girl whom you flirt before? Why didn’t u admit till I have to go up to the extent f calling her to find out the truth? He said he did all this cause its thrilling. I’m confused. Please help me. To better benefit you, I am going to be very honest here. This guy sounds like he is not worth a second of your time. From what I just read, he sounds like a perfect recipe for failure. If he was abusive before…he can easily be abusive again. If he has ignored your concerns, feelings, and simply that you’re a person and you need to be treated with respect…he will keep on choosing to treat you this way. Trust me, I know from experience. I have been in a relationship with somebody very similar to this before. The guy will tell you such wonderful things and he’ll tell you he loves you and you will believe him. The goal is to purposely bore him as much as possible so that you two can space apart so it will make it easier for him to let go of you. Okay so I think that half of these are true and half of these are not. Some of these statements are false. First off, fact number 3 is soooooo not true!! If a guy truly likes you, he won’t stop just after a day. I mean yeah maybe a guy will stop liking you but it NEVER lasts less than at least a week. Remember that one weekend can change EVERYTHING. For example, if a guy starts to lke you on a Monday, he will most likely like you for the rest of the week, if he truly likes you. Well, the trouble is that you’d need to make it a slightly confusing statement, so that he doesn’t get the full meaning, but strong enough so that he gets the message. Even that’s complicated in itself. You could use something along the lines of “you are my world” or something like that. From my own knowledge (and personal experience/preferance) a guy will love it if you tell him that he’s the only one or the best etc. It might have something to do with his ego (which ALL guys have, and you should keep that in mind). I am a boy and i never asked out a girl and i think ive been in your friend’s situation before. I cant talk about the story part because there’s no details but i can say that when a guy says something embarassing that he’ll regret bringing up later he’ll want to forget about it and I’ll ignore it anytime I hear it. Besides that your friend seems like me. You probably never saw him acting nervous and embarassed because you didn’t notice it but if he acted this way now he most likely was like that before. Giving you his number probably took him a lot of nerve and maybe wanted to weeks ahead but couldn’t. He gets nervous when you look at him with his friends because he’s not ready say anything at that time and doesnt want to look idiotic but still wants you to talk to him. okay i am dating is guy months he says he loves be out of the blue but i dont know if he does. he remembers things i tell him sometimes and he listens to me. but he is really mad at his best friend cuz we had a fight me and my Bf i told his best friend and he said well do u want to go out with me cuz ur cute, funny and smart and he said how jealous would he be if me and u went out i said no cuz i called my BF and i talked to him it was a misunderstanding i told his best friend he said ok i said im sorry but anyway i dont know if he loves me. he says he does and he says im hot and stuff and pretty, beautiful and other great things but im just not sure we have been talking on the phone like everyday and txt each other but i still dont know if he loves me or not. he said 1 day i cant sleep cuz i need u with me so i dont really know bout that and he said alot more like stuff he drams about and he tells me serious stuff i dont know alot of girls like him but he says he loves me. most of all he gets really jealous cuz there r guys who laugh and smile look at meand tickle me so he gets jealous and he tried to talk to me bout it on the phone or he just looks really sad when they do it but i say STOP but they wont he says they flirt with me i dont think they r anyway do u think he likes me or no? but there is alot more too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
