It depends on if you’re gonna text or inbox her via facebook. If you text her, keep it short, but snappy so she feels a need to reply, introduce yourself and ask her about her week or something, make sure you’re constantly including her in texts, not neccesserily every text, but as often as possible, so she knows she’s on you’re mind. Don’t reply to text’s immediately, give it 30 mins or so, this way she can see that you’re not a servent and you appear to have a life. This also makes her think ‘oh, has he texted me back yet’ The whole waiting 30 mins works with inboxes too. If you choose to inbox her instead, I’d recommend something only slightly more lengthy, come across as confident, cheerful but interested at the same time, so she can see you have your life planned out and you won’t be scared to ask her out. Maybe something like “Hey ….. We don’t really talk much I know but a little chat never harmed anyone right? How’s your week been? xx” Don’t include how you’ve been too, this way she feels obliged to ask you about your week so you have another reason to inbox back. You can do everyone of them on that list along with many more and be entirely genuine but still get screwed for no reason at all. If you believe they do and you also think you look bad or you think others do, then your confidence takes a knock. The entire part about attracting a girl is confidence. james, what attacts girls to guys and guys to girls is totally different. evan is talking about what girls find attractive, not guys. yes, guys are attracted by looks but girls are attracted to confident men. looks don’t matter so much to girls. girls want a strong, confident man. u’ll realize that when you get older. i’m assuming ur young based on ur naivety.

Alex, all I can say is don’t let your weight get to you and be yourself because if they truly are a kind, sweet girl then she will not care about what you look like if your are nice to her. If you do care that much about your weight and how you look though, just try to lose some of it but not by starving yourself, but by excercising and eating healthy. Another thing, you have to be nice to people too, if you are mean because of your over-weightness then she might not like you because she’ll think your an asshole. Just try and feel confident about yourself and ignore people who are mean and Im sure you will be in an honest, happy relationship soon enough.

What you said is somewhat true, I don’t know about where you’re from but at least where I live niceness is not counted as weakness, but I do agree that he has to be confident about himself and not worry about his weight.

Ahh, this list is very accurate (at least to me)–ESPECIALLY #25. PLEASE DO THAT. If she tells you from the get-go that she doesn’t like public displays of affection (better known as PDA), then don’t do it..she’ll only feel embarrassed or terrible about that and it’ll seem like you don’t listen to her–which is the opposite of what she wants!
