Is this what Malaysia hopes to achieve?

I remember a couple of months ago hearing “Negarakuku”, a song written based on the tune of “Negaraku”. Here’s the lyrics

Kalau semua balik ah
Sini bukan Malaysia

I really don’t understand all these. Can anyone explain?
