This list covers a period of about 49 years since Independence Day in Malaysia (1957)
(1) Out of all the 5 major banks in Malaysia, only one bank is owned by multi-racial, the rest are controlled by Malays.
(2) 99% of PETRONAS (the only one petroleum company) directors are Malays, and the former Prime Minister work as Consultant in PETRONAS.
 (3) 3% of PETRONAS employees are Chinese.
(4) 99% of 2000 PETRONAS gasoline stations are owned by Malays.
 (5) 100% all contractors working under PETRONAS projects must be “bumi’s status” (Malay).
(6) 0% of non-Malays staffs are legally required in Malay’s companies. But there must be 30% Malays staffs in Chinese companies. And big companies in Malaysia require a Malays hold as director status with51% shareholder. Which this mean non-Malays own company needs to give their property to Malays. And non-Malays citizen can’t really own their business.
 (7) 5% of all new intake for government police, nurses, army, is non-Malays.
(8) 2% is the present Chinese staff in Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF), drop from 40% in 1960…
(9) 2% is the percentage of non-Malays government servants in Putrajaya (Malaysia main government office). But Malays make up 98 %.
(10) 7% is the percentage of Chinese government servants in the whole government (in 2004), drop from 30% in 1960. Only 2 position for non-Malays in political status.
(11) 95% of government contracts are given to Malays; even it is an open tender. Non-Malays contractors tender the lower price and use better materials can’t get the contract that government given.
(12) 100% all
 Business licensees are controlled by Malay government e.g. Taxi permits, Approved permits, etc. and all the license are given to government officer families.
(13) 80% of the Chinese rice millers in Kedah (north of peninsular Malaysia) had to be sold to Malay and controlled by Bernas (Government Org.) since 1980s. Otherwise, life is make difficult for Chinese rice millers.
(14) 100 big companies set up, owned and managed by Chinese Malaysians were taken over by government, and later managed by Malays since 1970′se.g. UTC, UMBC, MISC, etc. This company now is the sole company.
(15) At least 10 Chinese owned bus companies (throughout Malaysia, throughout 40 years) had to be sold to MARA or other Malay transport companies due to rejection by Malay authority to Chinese application for bus routes and rejection for their application for new buses.
(16) 2 Chinese taxi drivers were barred from driving in Johor (South of Peninsular Malaysia) Larkin bus station. There are about 30 taxi drivers and 3 are Chinese in October 2004. Spoiling taxi club properties was the reason given.
(17) 0 non-Malays are allowed to get shop lots in the new Muar (city in south peninsular Malaysia) bus station (November 2004).
(18) 8000 billions ringgit is the total amount the government channeled to Malays pockets through ASB, ASN, MARA,  privatization of government  agencies like Tabung Haji etc, through NEP over 34 years periods.
(19) 48 Chinese primary schools closed down since 1968 – 2000
(20) 144 Indian primary schools closed down since 1968 – 2000
(21) 2637 Malay primary schools built since 1968 – 2000
(22) 2.5% is government budget for Chinese primary schools. Indian schools got only 1%, Malay schools got 96.5%
(23) While a Chinese parent with RM1000 salary (monthly) cannot get school-text-book-loan, and a Malay parent with RM2000 salary is eligible.
(24) 10 all public universities vice chancellors are Malays. And politics in universities  are held by Malays. If non-Malays want to form a Politics parties, there is no way to get approved.
(25) 5% – the government universities lecturers of non-Malay origins had been reduced from about 70% in 1965 to only 5% in 2004 with the reason Malaysia Education Ministry give full support for Malays only.
(26) Only 5% is given to non-Malays for government scholarships over 40years.
(27) 0 Chinese or Indians were sent to Japan and Korea under “Look East Policy”.
(28) 128 STPM (High Study / A Level) Chinese top students could not get into the course  that they aspired i.e. Medicine and doctors (in 2004). Malays with not qualify result can get into the course.
(29) 10% place for non-bumi students for MARA science schools beginning from year 2003, but only 7% are filled. Before that it was 100% Malays.
(30) 50 cases whereby Chinese and Indian Malaysians, are beaten up in the National Service program since 2003.
(31) 25% is Malaysian Chinese population in 2004, drop from 45% since1957 because government are not support non-Malays like government support Malays.
(32) 7% is the present Malaysian Indians population (2004), a drop from 12% since 1957.
(33) 2 millions Chinese Malaysians had emigrated to overseas since 40years ago due to unfair politics.
(34) 0.5 million Indians Malaysians had emigrated to overseas.
(35) 3 millions Indonesians had migrated into Malaysia and became Malaysian citizens with bumi’s status.
(36) 600000 are the Chinese and Indians Malaysians with “red I/C” (a temporary identity card) and were rejected repeatedly when applying for citizenship for 40 years. Perhaps 60% of them had already passed away due to old age. This shows racism of how easily Indonesians got their citizenships compare with the Chinese and  Indians
(37) 5% – 15% discount for a Malay to buy a house, regardless whether the Malay is rich or poor
(38) 2% is what Chinese new villages get compare with 98% of what Malays villages got for rural development budget.

I’m Malaysian Chinese and the freaking Malay government took my citizenship. We, the Chinese, respect the Malays and work hard to contribute to the economy. I have always respect other people despite their race or religion. But when I realize how corrupted the government is, I migrated to overseas. Lots of my friends migrated because of unfair treatment. I won’t respect the Malays who took my rights from me and I will support the Bersih protest no matter in Malaysia or outside Malaysia. There is no need to rush things my fellow Malaysian Chinese. We cannot do anything because we are not given the freedom. We are overpowered by numbers.
However, Malays are getting strong and weaker at the same time. As they grow smart, they think more like the Chinese. They hang around Chinese because the stupid ones discriminate against their own. They dislike those that work hard or smart. I believe they wanted to stay lazy and stupid. You can search the net and you will see a lot of these cases.
Sooner or later the smart Malay will eventually take over the government and overthrow the current rotten gov. This may take 50 or 100 years. Who knows. The best option you have now is to get your ass out of that country, work and study outside. If your beloved Malaysia becomes a place to live again, move back. If not, earn a lot of money for retirement and let them be slave.

Why the proportion of Malay getting business licence is far more faster and easier than others? They even got subsidy of RM30 for a day if they the business was bad (for small roadside stall if they applied to gomen).
I though I’m the only one notice the shrinking approval licencing on Non-Bumi. Surprise that public did notice on this phenomenon too. Is this a way to control Non-Bumi of getting too powerful? Is limiting Non-Bumi on military and other sectors also is a way to minimize their power and growth?

It is very sad to read the blog and from here we actually knew that all of us not trust to each other. I am a simple malay guy and having friends all over places and we talk very open. We do understand how frustrated other races (chinese & Indian) but from what I see, all of us was been given chances which is no other country be able to do so.
As a malay, working with Chinese boss before, I have to resigned due to he always make appointment to see customer during Friday prayer. I always find excuses for my prayer but he always saying that malays not capable due to busy praying. I did not confront him but just resign and leave it to Allah SWT to decide. Working with Indian boss, same issue but he make it alternate, such as this week okay, next week must go for lunch appointment. With Malay boss, they always used ‘Insya allah’ excuse for late payment of salary, claims etc
Some of Non Malay always saying that Malay is stupid, non competence, not be able to held responsibilities etc, etc, etc but after several years working with ops and sales and various company, there is also good malay and bad malay, good chinese and bad chinese, good indian and bad indian.
Currently I work with mid east company based in Sharjah but having branch in Malaysia. Working with them (a bunch of professional; uk, american, china, emiraties), is really eye opener for me that they consider me as employee not malay employee or bumi employee. the playing field is more better that working with malaysian company that having several datuk, tan sri which ever races as BOD but always find mistakes on malay employee or the company that always offer malay with cheaper salary due to for them malays are malas and bodoh, tak reti kerja but do all the works.
My comment is, we should be working together to build malaysia as good as possible rather than saying each other and build hatred to each other. Respect to each other religions, culture and try to see to each other background and understanding for further build up the communities.
Now, u can see that WE eat roti canai, nasi lemak for breakfast and sometimes eat varieties of foods accross the races during lunch and dinner. So what a problem??
By the way, it is not nice to call other people by names. Think back 70-100 years back during those people came to Tanah Melayu. They was force to come here to work and after several decades they have to place to go except here Malaysia.
Furthermore this place we call malaysia or world just a loaned from Allah SWT that will not be there forever.

Whatever your race is, whoever muttered racists remarks and/or curses above, does not deserve to be called a Malaysian. I wonder if by doing so, what you want to be labelled as? From what I know, Malaysians don’t do these to fellow Malaysians, Singaporeans, Americans, Indonesian, in fact, to anyone at all. The individuals mentioned are just the small bunch of people that will only complain and never make the world a better place to live in.
Anyhow, I believe these negative individuals and elements mentioned above should not cease to exists to have a reference towards negativity, hatred, selfishness and other unmentioned negative aspects of living. If not, mankind will never know or have learnt and continue to learn the words tolerant, forgiveness, kindness and other positive value of living which makes us human.
I am in the opinion of, that great people and leaders makes use of the negative individuals and elements that exists around them to create a positive image they hold. If there is NO existence of individuals that are so racists and extreme like the above, how are we to differentiate between one who is racists and not? Just like if there are no weak and strong men, how are we to differentiate one who is weak or strong? This is nature’s balance towards the natural phenomenon just as when there is always the hunter and the prey. It basicaly depends on what an individual wants to be.
For the above who called yourself Malaysians, if there is something wrong, yes not always you can do anything about it and if you can’t, make use of the situation to make others look at you differently. Such as, if you think that there are too many slow runners, never par with them and keep ahead until they have no choice but to admit that you are always the fastest and they have no opportunity of doing anything about it.
Imagine, if majority competes creatively around the globe by looking at things differently and not how it seems, definitely the world will be a better place maybe not for us just yet, but for our loved ones, children, grandchildren and generations to come. But this can only happen as long as the above mentioned negative individuals’ and elements’ exists. You can’t afford to NOT have them because if it ever happens, there will be nothing to learn and improve which will make mankind never better than another. Just as if, imagine if every women looks like an Angelina Jolie and every man looks like Brad Pitt, there will be nothing to compare between you, your partner and another person because you can get your ‘partner’ everywhere.
Another short note, the above is just like the rule of nature. If rats stop to exist, owls will have to freaquent their diet on snakes which in return will lead to lesser snake pupulation, more frog/toad population, less flies and so on. This basically will distruct the balance of nature somehow which in the end, effects the whole globe resulting, not a place ‘WE’ want or can live on.
Dear fellow individuals, the fact is that there will always be things and people you will be againts with and vice versa no matter which home, school, college, country, planet and even which partner you are with either homosexual, bisexual or heterosexual.

I am a Singaporean Malay. And yes, in Singapore we Malays don’t even have a Malay School. Our madrasas are privately run, some of our people, even in good faith, cannot wear tudung in certain areas. We definitely cannot serve the air force and navy for “goodwill” of national security. There is a quota for the race in employment issue in SG an on on on….
I am sure the claims are exaggerated, simply just to pick on people to promote the “hate theory”. But if you look at other countries, America, Europe and even Africa, these hate theory things comes result with real deaths and massacres of a community. Indeed, it is the responsibility of the majority to let the minority has a space to live, freedom to be serve the country. I am from Singapore my wife is from KL, I have some friends in JB and KL. I stay in JB Kg Ungku Mosin for more than half a year, I enjoy the stay with the people these. What bad man says is quite true, I feel that I have my duty to help my fellow Chinese friends in JB. It is better to do something about it than making noise in cyberspace! Last year I make donation RM500 to Southern College during the 7th Moon Ghost Festival dinner, that the best I can do to help my fellow Chinese in JB.

You know what, It’s no use complaining and using the ‘Malays should get back to Indonesia’ card since a Malay pointed out to me that Malaysia and Indonesia share very similar cultures and traditions (the real Malays with Jawa and Bugis and all) and they do not consider themselves as pendatang when we say they should get back to Indonesia. True Malays do indeed come from Malaya and pre-British and Dutch Rule, the Malay Archipelago was considered like a huge country with different regions and empires. So it was very common if Jawa people move to Malaya and vice versa. Unlike us who they say that we come to malaya to a land with a culture, language and tradition totally different than china’s and because of that we haven’t assimilated well and regardless, we are to them an immigrant no matter how much we have done for the country.
To think again, have you ever compared ourselves to the Chinese in Indonesia? They had to change their names, disallowed from speaking Chinese, have their own schools and they (Indonesians) have even got an act aimed at discriminating Chinese per se. True, the Malays are problematic and all but realize it or not, their law is primarily aimed at helping themselves, not discriminate us. And it boils back to our ancestors, who initially accepted the social contract thingy prior to independence, indicating that we have to abide by the Malay’s affirmative action. I honestly, see that the scales are tipping for the Malays, but what can we do? It’s just something that our ancestors have for long blindingly approved and the Malays being a race who likes to ‘ambil kesempatan’, they really made sure that they hit the policy as hard as they could. So, what do we do? Leave the country in hordes because we can’t stand this policy and give up? No, we are Malaysians! and Malaysians we will be. We’ll stay here and work together and make this work. sux la….some facts are true…but not so sure bout the other facts….might be real, or might be fabricated…but it still sux to be discriminated this way…
it is so not true!malaysia is all about unity n all..people who wrote that seriously know nothing about malaysia!
These are all I believe facts. Govermental issues have always been around. But we can’t deny unity has somehow survived in the citizens. Still you must agree that Non-bumi have endured plenty hardship getting what was supposed to be public beneficients.

??!!! – they have no choice you see but to marry the more intelligent, smarter and beautiful chinese to get better looking & thinking children so that in the future, the malays (n indians) can claim that they have chinese decendants & improve their race intellectually & physically more attractive, with fairer skin, …you know what i mean 
Overall, WELL SAID brother!!! we must keep faith in our Chinese Blood & let those MALAYS BOIL.. the more we mix with the malays in our daily life, the more stupid, lazy & weak we will become. so we must all work, play, live and study in chinese majority places like Hong Kong & Singapore so that the malays can not do anything to the chinese.
Let them be left behind and the vision 2020 can never be achieved without the chinese presence for help n support. …50 to 100 years?
