Actually, as a co-owner of Terrace Tea , the best tea is white tea, which is extremely rare but because the leaves are only dried not fully cooked like green tea.

Also, the best quality leaves are loose leave teas because the leaf size is larger which maintains the essential oils in the leaves. With teabags, leaves are sliced into tiny pieces while the bag itself absorbs flavour and oil.

White is the best, but overly expensive. Green is good, like Summer Palace Refresh.

Besides green tea, you can also go for black tea. It is found that rinsing with black tea prevents plaque from forming and destroys acids that cause tooth decay.

So even if you don’t drink tea, you can rinse your mouth with them.

Green tea is excellent for your health, but just remember to “rinse” the tea leaves first. Most tea plantations use a lot of pesticides etc but the tea leaves are immediately picked, dried and sold, not picked, washed, dried and sold.
