They don’t offer the phone without “signing of plans”
Isn’t this the same for all phones with contracts? You are not paying it for the phone only but also for the services which means you can get to call and receive calls also. That is the meaning of a contract.
Even if you do not sign a contract with it, you still have to pay someone to let you make calls also.
It is not a fair statement be it for iPhone or for any other phones also.
