Top 10 Most Haunted Places in Singapore
7. Old Changi Hospital
It’s got a rich and long history for being former hospital of the modern newly built Changi General Hospital.
For about 10 years before WWII, the 7 storey building was a military command quarters and barracks for the British.
Japanese targeted Changi as one of the first attack points and the place was occupied by Japanese army moving from Pulau Ubin. OCH was then converted to a military hospital where civilians and wounded soldiers were attended to.
After the Japanese Occupation, it was converted back to a public hospital with a military ward on the third level. In 1997, OCH was closed and became isolated and left vacant since then.
8. Pasir Ris Red House
Rumoured that there’s a rocking chair inside the house and a doll on it.
Also, it’s said that the head of the pair of “qi ling” infront of the gate moves. No one can confirm it.
Again, anyone know anything about this?
9. Punggol Kampung House (aka Matilda House)

10. Woody Lodge
A hearsay that it’s haunted.

The Hill View mansion, I am not sure if it is the same house you mentioned, but my relative family stayed at a huge Mansion in Hill View long time ago. They were very wealthy family then, but after they moved this house, tragedies has started. At first, the owner’s wife has died from heart failure here at young age. Then her sister, who moved to this house to take care of small childrens, passed away, too. Then their Grandma, who moved to here for the same purpose, passed away, too. Just within 2 years, 3 people died here. And in the end the owner went broke. So they had to move out. And all the next owners/tenants of this mansion also had problems such as bankruptcy, they all moved out.
But this happened not only to this house. Many houses of the same stretch were in the same doom. These houses keep on changing their owners. Behind these houses are bushy hill, where Japanese army carried out massacre during WWII, as ex-residents say.
OMG. Felix I’ve Never been to most the places ah. Could you a compile a list like his please!!!!!
Seems scary. But i would really like to spend a night all alone there.
Do you really believe in ghosts? I don’t
Everything seem so scary !
Everything seems haunted but they are not. Does not mean the place is abandon means there are ghost. As far as we have gone most of these places for many numbers of times, we did not experience anything.
We did gone in with 2 person only and there is still nothing.
If these place are really haunted, how come only 3% of the 100% visited have a ghost story to tell.
For example, they say Novena MRT is haunted because of 1 or 2 stories only. If Orchard MRT have these haunting story instead, do you say there is haunted?
If there’s ghost, probably it’s just passing by. That is all.
The word “most haunted” related to a place with 98% unusual happening or disturbance. And as far as we are concerned, none of the mentioned in this entry is not even up to 2% rating of being most haunted.
Well, anyone here who’s like me? I have never seen a ghost in my life…
