When I was 12… (2000) Passing my Primary School Leaving Examinations (PSLE) seems easy. Jumping and playing everyday was what I did.

When I was 13… (2001) I entered Casino de Genting. It was a big deal since the legal age to enter is 21. I’m still 20, note.

When I was 16… (2004) Ordinary “O” Levels seemed harder. But I still passed. And I started to work. Yes, spending time in office/factory.

When I was 18… (2006) I thought I wanted to club, but until now, I’ve yet to club.

I’m 20 now. I’ve achieved nothing.

I want to club. I want to turn 21 to enter a Casino legally in Malaysia. I want to own a house. I want to own a car. I want to finish my degree program and start working. I want lots of money. I want to get engaged in a serious relationship.

There’s a hell lot more I want.

It’s 2009 soon. What can I achieve? What can you achieve?

If not for an event, I wouldn’t go over to John (Tops Salon) and get my hair highlighted blue. That would never happen, at least it never happened before. I’ve got alil to share about my hair.

The Process

My hair has always been very dark (black!) and thus it took 3 hours to bleach my hair. After bleaching, my hair was coloured twice. According to the stylists (or in-charge), the first colour wasn’t satisfactory. So they did another round. Don’t ask me what’s the difference between the first and second colour; I’m colour-blind.

Why blue?

Why not blue? Blue (and pink) is my favourite colour. And I had no say to what colour I can have on my hair. It’s all decided by Hoyu.

Why highlight?

For Color Kaleidoscope 2008 hair show organised by Hoyu.

For Hoyu, the hair show event was to promote their Promaster Hair Color. Don’t think you can get their Promaster professional range of products at any departmental stores. You should be able to get them from salons that use Hoyu’s products.

For me, it was to see more, learn more and to get to know more people. Fun, I can put it this way. We had lots of chances to interact with hair stylists and our fellow models.

My two pennies worth

Do visit salons that can dye your hair with Hoyu’s Promaster hair dyes. The hair dye is just good. Not only is the colour vibrant, the hair treatment treats and protects your hair from being damaged by the chemicals.

P.S I am not paid to write this review.

I had quite a hard time trying thinking of the categories I should have.

Online

  1. Started felixker.com as a blog writing about everything that caught my attention; topics include news, technology, love, media, money, tips & tricks, web links & many more. (Yea, alittle about SEX too.)
  2. Modified & made 2 WordPress themes – Widgets-enabled Three Columns Kubrick Theme and Curved 3-Columns WordPress Theme
  3. Got myself 2 Virtual private servers (VPS). One in Singapore, for SGBloggers & Modish Media and another in New York (Named after a gorgeous lady I met – heart Melissa) for Web & DNS Hosting.
  4. Decided that I should provide WordPress Blog Hosting (So gossipy). Yet to do any marketing for that site yet.
  5. Sponsored blogs – Edwin’s Blog, Anna’s Blog (ritzily Stylish)
  6. (Almost) Daily Twittering became my habit – twitter.com/felixker
  7. Switched to use felix[@]ker[dot]sg as my main contact email and MSN. Old emails are still checked, but just less often.
  8. Formally using Internet Explorer 7 to read news/blog/web feeds, recently I upgraded to using Google Reader. (May consider trying Bloglines next year!)
  9. Joined Ping.SG and started pinging my blog for attention!

Can’t think of anything else. Do you know something I did in 2007 that’s worth mentioning? What have you done in 2007 that u think is worth sharing?

Christmas Gift - Many layers packed with newspaper

Happy Boxing Day. Am I late? Hope not.

Anyway, a short entry to sum up my Christmas. Pretty good. Or so far one of the best, I think. Although there was no countdown and some people got disappointed.

I went for dinner with a friend and her schoolmates. There wasn’t a queue when we reached (at 5plus). But when we left, Swensen’s was totally packed and a long queue outside. Ice cream was okay. Breaded chicken, as recommended was excellent! What you actually see above is the present I had for Hannah. 28 layers of newspaper.

Slacked around. Yes, wasted time, but it’s fine. I’ve got no programmes in between (before 2am) too. Spent quite some time at the pool centre at Paradiz. It’s been some time ever since I last entered the place. I didn’t touch the cue stick/balls at all; not to throw any face (disgrace!).

Alittle interaction outside The Cathay (Orchard; beside Plaza Singapura) with 2nd-level friends and 3rd-level friends. I think they were Yvonne’s friends. Chit-chat. Intro (some crap intro). And it was 2am shortly. Yes, time passed very fast.

We caught I am Legend. Kinda nice. I just love it. You won’t know why. Maybe because Will Smith was so noble. =)

I cabbed home at 4.30am.
