My NOT-to-do list!


I noticed there's many things that I can have on my NOT-to-do list. They'll take effect starting today; NOW! Do not e-mail first thing in the morning or last thing at night. My emails were checked usually at 7am, when I wake up and 1am, before I sleep. Now, no more. Do not agree to meetings or calls with no clear agenda or end time. You want my time right? Okay, tell me how long. Do not check e-mail constantly—“batch” and check at set times only. If I'm at work, emails will be checked at 9am, 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 5pm. If not, they'll ...
