Let me summarize what I've done:
Some friends participated in Imagine Cup, a programming competition held yearly.
I sent them around 2000 votes through the voting system to boost their morale.
Total votes they've got is around 6500 (as of 10th June 2007) and the top team has 25,000 votes from their friends and family
That means, around 30% of the votes was by me.
How would you feel if you find out that not 6500 people voted, but I was the one behind supporting them? I hope to receive comments about this

Last month, I did something really foolish. Actually it wasn't foolish until I saw the contents inside my mailbox today.
To boost the morale of my friends participating in Imagine Cup and to show my support, I repeatedly voted for them on http://www.imaginecup.com.sg. An email is required along with a name, so I entered many email addresses with 'catch-all' enabled to 1 mailbox. To play safe, I used all valid emails, few hundreds of them.
I logged into few emails today. I've got the same repeated email from Microsoft's Imagine Cup Team. OMG!
