		<description>Yes. Singtel sucks big time. Time and again they fail me. I purchased the mio plan and all that can be screwed up has been screwed up for me. I was super pissed with Singtel but there&#039;s nothing much i can do. I used to be a starhub broadband user and i really making the switch because Starhub customer service is much more capable of solving problems. I seldom use my 3G broadband and when i do need to use it like today, it failed on my personal computer again. Stupid customer service says it got to do with my computer setting but couldn&#039;t help cos they are not responsible for customers computer. I told her my computer has no problem except when i need to connect to the internet using your broadband mobile and you can&#039;t provide the technical service to advise what&#039;s wrong with my computer setting?? I made another call on the same problem, the next customer service asked me to restart my computer and wait for 15 mins. I asked her what&#039;s the difference because i have been restarting my computer the whole morning trying to sort the problem. She told me just wait, it will work. But it doesn&#039;t!!!!

Stupid singtel. Their customer services and technical support is really, in my personal experience, world class lousy! i really regretted signing up with singtel...</description>
