Curved 3-Columns Wordpress Theme
Curved 3-Columns is modified based on Curved Wordpress Theme designed by Aditi Tuteja from TextNData. This theme have a very unusual look and it is currently being used on our blog. It is named “Curved†because of the nice rounded corner search box in header. This 3-Columns theme supports widgets and have a nice striped header along with tabbed navigation.
Curved (three columns) is very similar to what I am using right now.
Why 3-Columns?
There’s an increasing number of web logs having 2 sidebars (3 columns) for more content. You can have :
- Advertisements
- Widgets (MyBlogLog, BlogCatalog, whos.amung.us, alexa, technorati, etc)
- Top Commentors
- Archives
- Frequent Tags
- Recent Comments
- Categories
- Popular Articles/Top Reads
- Recent Entries
- and so much more…
And that’s why I’m using a 3-columns design.

Content (Blog entries) – 430 pixels
First (Left) sidebar – 260 pixels
Second (Right) sidebar – 190 pixels
Usage/Installation
Templates included: Archive
Install this theme like how you install any other theme; Upload the whole folder to wp-content/themes and activate it.
Feel free to customize it as much as you like.

Impossible. I’ve tested many times. What version of Wordpress are you using?

Loving this theme.
I’m trying to change the RSS button to be larger in the sidebar 1 widget.
But when I upload a new graphic for mini-rss.gif it only changes the RSS image in the footer.
Can you please advise?

My comments are malfunctioning, can you please help?
You’ll see in my latest post http://learninghowtosurf.com/?p=32 that half the comment runs off the column and is cut off through the middle.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Great theme. Forgive me if I’m being ignorant but what is the significance of the graphic in the upper left corner of the comments?
Are you referring to the graphic on my blog’s comments?
They’re for minimising the comments since sometimes the comments can extend too long. I may change them to become Gravatar soon =)

Well, I came here hoping to find the fix for a problem I found, saw a comment that sounded like it was regarding this, downloaded and re-installed the latest version, and the problem still exists.
When a person types their comment in the comment box the box runs over into the middle column and disappears, although the live preview of their comment fits properly and shows that the entire comment is present. I’ve tried deactivating the live preview plugin, but the problem still persists. Help please?

i’ve checked “show hierarchy” that shows parent/child relationships in an indented manner

you need to modify a bit the html in all the template files like “index.php” or “page.php” etc… in this manner. to have an “Any order column layout” with “negative margins” positioning
put a div AROUND the content

i really like the 3 column themes cause you can put different effects on your page and spive it up at bit.
Hi, i searched this days lots of 3 collumns themes, and the best for me is Daily Press theme.
Also i will try to make some thgemes by myself because i need them for gambling websites and i don’t see to many themes for me, and how my content is based on 3 columns theme i will try t change or make one.
This one doesn’t seem to be what i whant but i will check the source maybe is easy to modify.
It is surprisingly difficult to find good three column themes so I have settled for a two column. I do agree though a three column theme gives you far more scope for widgets and adverts as you have said.
One thing I think is essential is for the theme to keep a BLUE link color because that e expect to click and if you want people to click through to your target sites then you need a blue link color.
You theme looks good but I can’t see the color – perhaps a subdomain demo page on this site would let people see all the details.
